Terms and Condition

Welcome to WindowClean by Vertex (“Company,” “we,” or “our”). By booking our traditional or water-fed pole window cleaning services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Service
WindowClean by Vertex provides professional residential and commercial window cleaning services. This includes glass cleaning, sill wiping, and screen cleaning as specified in your service estimate.
2. Access and Property Preparation
Interior Access: For interior window cleaning, an adult (18+) must be present to grant entry, or prior arrangements (keys/codes) must be agreed upon.
Obstructions: Clients must clear window sills and move fragile items, furniture, or heavy blinds away from windows before our arrival. Our technicians are not responsible for moving heavy furniture.
Screens: Unless screen removal/cleaning is explicitly included in your service package, screens should be removed by the client prior to service.
3. Pre-Existing Damage & Glass Conditions
Scratches and Blemishes: Window cleaning reveals the true condition of the glass. We are not responsible for pre-existing scratches, hard water stains, fabricator's debris, or "glass disease" that becomes visible after cleaning.
Tempered/Defective Glass: We are not liable for the breakage of inherently fragile, improperly installed, or defective glass/frames.
4. Weather Policy
Rain does not necessarily stop window cleaning. Standard rainfall does not dirty clean glass; however, in cases of severe storms, high winds, or freezing temperatures, we will reschedule your service for the safety of our technicians and the quality of your finish.
5. Quotes and Payment
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may change if the number of windows, property condition, access, height, or service scope is different from the original estimate.
Payment is due according to the agreed terms at booking, invoice, or service completion.
6. Payment and Cancellations
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless commercial net-terms have been pre-approved. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
